Firstly, you have to present your complaint through our APP for IOS or Android or through this website.
We compile your information and documentation. Fill in carefully the blank spaces destinated to this purpose and send us the documentation we tell you.
We analyse the complaint’s viability according to the legal assumptions about compensations and the compensation that responds to you. If the complaint is not compensated we will tell you the reasons.
We will firstly negotiate with the airline to reach a suitable agreement.
If we are not able to reach an agreement, we will proceed to sue the company.
This is free for you, because we will only get paid if you receive the compensation. Our fees consist on the 20% of the compensation you get plus the 21% of IVA. If it neccessary to make a legal complaint our fees will rise up to the 25% plus the IVA, including all the complaint costs, such as our attorney’s fees.
How long does this process last?
Normally and in case of a extrajudicial complaint, it can last for a month or two. If it is neccessary to make a sue, it can last up to four or six months.
If the complaint is made by a under age person, it has to be made by his or her father, mother or legal representant.
